Constructed in 2018, this twelve-unit building initially served as an investment rental property. In 2024, it was acquired and subdivided into twelve individual condominiums for sale. Dustin was entrusted with reimagining these spaces to meet today’s standards while preserving the high-quality finishes of the original construction.

To enhance the living areas, the previous electric fireplaces were replaced by white oak feature walls designed to accommodate artwork or televisions. Flanked by wooden slats, these focal points emphasize the impressive ceiling heights within each unit.

The living area walls and trim were updated in Benjamin Moore's Stone Heath, imparting a warm and inviting ambiance. Kitchen hardware and lighting, formerly chrome, were upgraded to sophisticated brass accents, and the kitchen islands were refinished in Sherwin Williams’ Vintage.

In the bedrooms, walls were painted in China White by Benjamin Moore, while new lighting, fixtures, and hardware were thoughtfully selected to complete both bedroom and bathroom spaces.

While the original property boasted exceptional finishes, Dustin’s improvements targeted key areas, successfully elevating the property to meet and exceed 2026 standards.
